How Septic Drainer Works
|

- Septic Drainer, which is based on an agricultural formulation used as a soil remediator, addresses a problem called "hardpan" in your septic drain field. This phenomenon occurs when sodium, which is found in our diets, water softeners and laundry detergent, combines with the soil.
- Septic Drainer breaks the bond between sodium and the soil. When the soil is healthy, aerobic bacteria can flourish and remove dangerous organisms from the effluent before it seeps back into the ground water supply.
- Septic Drainer ensures your septic system will operate efficiently, by allowing wastewater to percolate through the soil into the septic drain field.
- Septic Drainer should not be confused with other bacteria-based products on the market that are used on solids in your septic tank. Most septic system problems occur in the septic drain field, not in the septic tank.
- Septic Drainer is a non-toxic and environmentally safe product that will safeguard the health of your septic drain field or rejuvenate a failing one.
|
The Benefits of Septic Drainer

How to use Septic Drainer
First, you must have your septic tank pumped and when the septic tank is accessible, Septic Drainer may be added to the system.
To prevent a septic drain field problem:
-
For sluggish and slow drains add 1 gallon per 1,000-gallon system (average system).
- Use 1 Gallon every 6 months following the initial treatment.
To restore a failed septic drain field:
-
Add the four gallons in the drain field or the drain field side of the tank in
the outgoing drain field pipe or in the distribution box for best results.
If the drain field is full of debris have it flushed out and then add the
product evenly in all drain pipes.
- Add all four gallons in the drywell or cesspool.

| The Truth About a Septic Drain System |
A leach field septic drain system consists of a septic tank that generally flows to a distribution
box with perforated pipes
branching out that allows the
liquid waste to seep into the soil. A dry well septic system (sometimes referred to as a
cesspool
system)
is a porous concrete chamber that allows liquid waste to
seep into the surrounding soil.
90% of failing, or failed systems are due to poor
soil conditions that inhibit the liquid waste from
percolating out of the septic
system and into the
surrounding area.
