RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Septic Drainer return policy is as follows:

• The purchaser may return the unused product for up to thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
• Any product being returned must be in the same condition in which you received it and in the original packaging. Opened containers will not be accepted back.
• The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs, original and return, as well as a 25% restocking fee on any product returned.
• Returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded.

Septic Drainer refund policy is as follows:

• Refunds will be issued within ten (10) business days of the shipment being returned. Refunds will not be issued until the product is received back to us.
• Refunds will be issued using the form of payment used for purchase, (i.e. credit card, PayPal)
• Refunds will exclude shipping costs and also a 25% restocking fee.
